Smooth booking, fun experience

We booked the Wild Dolphin Cruise online, along with General Admission Tickets. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. We received email confirmations almost immediately after purchase, which was reassuring. On the day, checking in was simple, just showed our digital tickets. The dolphin cruise itself was fantastic; we saw several dolphins, and the guide was knowledgeable. The 4D Theater Experience was a fun bonus too. Everything felt well-organized from start to finish.

Good visit, parking adds up

I purchased General Admission Tickets online for my family and overall it was a positive experience. The exhibits like the Coral Reef Gallery were really engaging for the kids. Buying tickets in advance saved us some time at the gate, which was nice. My one criticism is the parking. While convenient, the cost for parking added a noticeable amount to the overall day's expense. It would be great if there was a discounted rate for online ticket purchasers.

Tickets online worked well

Bought General Admission Tickets online for a Saturday visit. No issues with the purchase or entry. The Moon Jelly Touch Tank was a highlight. Took about 3 hours to see everything. Good day out.

Does anyone know if they still do the CityPASS discount for Tampa Bay? Thinking of doing a few attractions.

S Sam J. 1 week ago
Yup, Flaquarium is definitely on the CityPASS! That's how I saved a bunch when I went last year.

They totally participate in CityPASS. It's usually the best deal if you're hitting up multiple spots like Busch Gardens too.

Is parking usually a nightmare there? Wondering if I should just Uber.

E Eric S. 4 weeks ago
Parking is right there and not usually a 'nightmare' but it's not free. There's a garage. Uber might be easier if you don't wanna deal with it.

It's a paid garage, pretty convenient. Can be a bit slow getting out during peak times, but not terrible.

How long does it typically take to go through the whole aquarium? Trying to plan our day.

H Hannah M. 6 days ago
I'd budget about 2-3 hours if you want to see everything and not rush. More if you catch shows or the splash pad.

Depends on how fast you walk! We did it in about 2.5 hours with a toddler, but you could easily spend 4-5 if you're really into it and do a couple activities.

planning a trip to Tampa with the family, trying to decide between Flaquarium and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Any thoughts on which is better?

B Ben 3 weeks ago
Totally different vibes. Flaquarium is way bigger, more exhibits, lots of diverse stuff. Clearwater is smaller, more focused on rescue animals like Winter the dolphin (RIP). Depends what you're looking for.

I'd say Flaquarium for a full aquarium experience, especially if you have younger kids who like lots to see. Clearwater is cool for the rescue story, but you'll spend less time there.

Hey guys, thinking about hitting up the Flaquarium next month. Are the tickets refundable if something comes up?

K Katie Mitchell 6 days ago
Nah, pretty sure tickets are usually non-refundable. They're like most attractions that way.

I think they are generally final sale. You might be able to change the date if you call them way in advance, but don't count on a refund.
